Cleanse the skin gently before use. Take the mask out of the foil packet, unfold it, and place it gel-side down on the skin. Hold the tabs at the top of the mask and carefully peel off the fabric, leaving the mask on the skin. If necessary, smooth out any air bubbles with your fingers. Leave the mask on for 5-10 minutes or until fully absorbed, then discard it. Gently massage any remaining essence into the skin. Do not reuse the mask.
